Terms

Plain-English note: These terms are intended for business use of Orgmind. A separate written agreement (for example, an order form, MSA, or DPA) may supersede parts of these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Orgmind's website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Orgmind on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Business use

Orgmind is intended for business and organizational use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Orgmind complies with applicable laws and your internal policies.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and access.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident related to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Orgmind. This includes:

  • Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the services.
  • Using Orgmind to violate laws or third-party rights.

5. Customer data and third-party systems

You control which systems you connect and what data you make available to Orgmind. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect and process such data.

Third-party services (for example, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks) are not controlled by Orgmind and have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Where we act as a processor/service provider for customer-connected data, a DPA may apply. See DPA.

7. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services. Where reasonable, we will provide notice for material changes.

8. Disclaimers

Orgmind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orgmind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the services, users, or third parties.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date.
